A little over two and a half years ago, we were two friends starting a food truck to sell our wild food ideas. We had a rough start through winter and the pandemic, but we stayed true to our model and poured every bit of our time and effort into making this work. Along the way, we met many amazing people and partnered with the thriving businesses in town. Every week was something new on the food truck, and every day seemed like a new adventure.
Now we’ve grown to the stage where we’ve been able to enter a brick-and-mortar space and partner up with the Grind Café! As we enter this new space, we are excited and hopeful to bring a bit of the spark that we’ve created from Rotation, but to make this new project work, we are again having to devote all our time, effort, and resources.
At this time, we have decided it is best to soon permanently close and sell the food truck. We’ve been so blessed to have this community’s support all these years, and humbly hope that we can carry that to the café. We want to thank the community house for allowing us to share their space and to our partners at Fonta Flora and the previous team at Catawba Brewing for allowing us to be a part of their business throughout the years. Lastly, we genuinely want to thank all of you for being the biggest driving force to keeping our dream alive. Our final two service days are this Thursday (06/08) and next Thursday (06/15) both at Fonta Flora Downtown. We’ve appreciated you all this time, and we’ll see you folks around!
Sincerely,
Henry, Caleb, and the rest of the Rotation Team
