Girls by Freya India is one of those books that gets under your skin and stays there.

It’s not just about social media. It’s about the entire ecosystem built around it — the self-surveillance, the personality branding, the way insecurity gets quietly monetized. Sound familiar?

Sharp. Personal. Quietly devastating.

Reading this as a Gen X-er? Prepare to feel low-key terrified. 😬

You will recognize her as the author of the critically acclaimed novel “If the Creek Don’t Rise,” published in 2017. Leah will join us to talk about and sign copies of her latest novel, “The Creek, the Crone, and the Crow,” which published in March. We’ll also have signed copies of her previous novels. Join us! 📚
