If you're still buying that honey from the grocery store... we need to have a talk.
I don't care how cheap it is...most of that stuff has been pasteurized and filtered until it's basically just sugar syrup. You're losing the pollen, the enzymes, and the actual soul of the hive just for a squeezable bottle.
Real honey crystallizes. Real honey isn't perfectly clear. And real honey doesn't come from a factory. It comes from a backyard.
