Flour’s Featured Sip for Taste of Brecksville, VALLE VERDE!

Malfy Gin Con Limone, Basil Syrup, Lemon Juice, Prosecco

Taking inspiration from our natural surroundings of the Brecksville Reservation and the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, we aimed to create a cocktail that reminded us of carefree activities in our treasured green spaces. Utilizing Italian gin infused with the essence of the Amalfi region, sun-ripened botanicals, spring water from the Monviso Mountains, and fresh lemon peel, this cocktail transports you to perfect summer days. Adding homemade basil syrup and finishing the cocktail with another Italian tradition, Prosecco, elevates this drink to icon status.
