Brown Butter Pumpkin cakes are done!

I halved an extra one with the hubby…it was yummy but it made me cry a little because this recipe is sentimental. This is my favorite fall cake recipe but I haven’t made it since the last year I had with my Dad…it was his favorite❤️

Since I’m a little rusty, it’s not perfect…some of the brown butter didn’t mix well in the frosting, so it’s a little lumpy here & there, but I promise it tastes so good you won’t care about butter lumps!

I’m tossing around the idea of adding small cakes back into my business….maybe 6in layer cakes or individual 4x4 mini cake pans??

I thought about trying a fall flavor first, possibly brown butter pumpkin with cream cheese frosting.

Which should I offer? Small layer cakes or individual 4x4 cake pans? Or both?

New: Salted Caramel - caramel cake dipped in caramel flavored almond bark with caramel drizzle & salt flakes sprinkled on top

Funfetti - vanilla cake with sprinkles mixed in, dipped in almond bark and topped with more sprinkles
