Our Story

We had planned to move from the central U.S. for years but wanted to find just the right place and spent considerable time looking and planning . Its a place where people wave at each other when they pass by, a place where you see more smiles than frowns, a town where people help others in need without being asked, and in a way a place where time has
stood still in a good way. It also happens to be a rare and wonderful place nestled among stunning mountains with ancient pure waters below ground and organic farms above without a oil rig anywhere to be found. These are the reasons we wanted to be here and also realized it was the perfect place to start a coffee company based on the same values. We have always wanted to roast coffee and have a coffee shop but not like most. We wanted it to be organic, fresh, healthy and utilize locally grown sources as much as possible and everything that makes Mora Valley so great. We are so very excited to be here and for the opportunity to realize a dream many years in planning...
