We would like to address the recent online post regarding our business defamation. We don’t like to address anything like this publicly, but these are not easy accusations to our business.
1. The customer keeps stating in the comments online the incident happened on Friday and that’s why she waited till Monday to call. However, the order was placed on Thursday and the customer confirmed so over the phone.
2. The order was confirmed that it was delivered with our driver to the customer.
3. Following the incident with the customer, a CFS report has been filed right away at the police station.
We value our customers and strive to provide good customer service. When mistakes do happen, we always do our best to correct the situation. We apologize for the incident and appreciate and value our loyal customers.
