Pico Food Truck Pico is a food truck specializing in fresh, made-from-scratch tacos using homemade flour tortillas. We also cater special events.

Pico will be serving the public in Minnesota, primarily in Moorhead, Hawley, & the Detroit Lakes area. The menu consists of simple, fresh, intense flavors all wrapped up in a homemade flour tortilla.

So the dream was maybe short-lived! Haha for now! 😂 The truck needs just a little bit more TLC to make the trek. Having someone come fix it soon and we’ll be at Harold’s early this week! Keep your eyes peeled! 👀
