Happy 250th Birthday, America!

Alli has been busy crocheting and creating Blind Date with a Book and it’s been a busy week of experimenting in the kitchen! New gluten free baked goods coming soon, but today we have:

* Gluten Free Cinnamon Banana Bread Loaf
* Gluten Free Lemon Poppy Seed Loaf & Muffins
* Gluten Free Brownies

We added ducks to our homestead and are able to offer duck eggs consistently in our stand now.

A few fun facts:

- They are higher in protein than a chicken egg.

- They taste a little bit different than chicken eggs and are delicious. If you find their flavor to be too different, you can add them to chicken eggs to boost your protein. Added to regular eggs, you won’t be able to taste a difference.

- They do amazing things to your baked goods. Adding duck eggs instead of chicken eggs makes your baked goods light and fluffy. There is no difference in flavor.
