In the coming month or two we will finish our truck rename and we are excited to show it to you. We aren’t changing our menu but we are streamlining operations between our farm and food truck. We don’t anticipate any communication issues, but during this work we strongly recommend texting our work phone with requests at (719) 684-6044 instead of messaging through FB.

We have an exciting update: our food truck is getting a new name this year! Rest assured, we are not selling the truck, and ownership and operations will remain the same. Our Vegetable Farm and all agricultural activities will continue under OneLuv Organics, but the food truck will soon have a new name, while maintaining the same great menu and truck appearance.

We'll share more details with you as soon as we can. Thank you for all your support, and we look forward to many more years ahead!

Hey food truck fam! We're thrilled to share that Oneluv Eats is back in action and ready to serve up some delicious Asian and American cuisine! 🚚✨ After some much-needed TLC and a deep clean, our beloved food truck is hitting the road once again.

Update from the truck life: On the journey back from the shop yesterday, the dreaded service engine light made an appearance, and it seems the culprit is a faulty connector for the new sensor. The shop is now working on crafting a new connector and sourcing the necessary parts. On a brighter note, despite the hiccup, the truck ran smoother than ever before – a promising start, we'd say! We'll be back on the road just as soon as the connector is fixed. Stay tuned
