After 14 wonderful years, Kim and Jim are hanging up their aprons and preparing to pass this special downtown Montrose property on to its next owner.
We are deeply grateful to our loyal customers and community for the years of support, memorable meals, and shared experiences at this historic location.
Now listed for sale, this commercial property offers a unique opportunity for a buyer to build on an established legacy in the heart of downtown. Whether continuing its tradition of serving delicious food or bringing a fresh vision to the space, the next owner can write an exciting new chapter here.
Interested in making this landmark location part of your future? We would love to see it continue serving the Montrose community for years to come.
