We’ve been trying out different cuts of beef to determine which is the best fit for our Teriyaki Steak plate. We decided that the flank steak had the best blend of flavor, juiciness and texture.

Come on down and taste for yourself. Our beef is hand cut and never frozen. Each plate has at least 7 ounces of marinated beef.
