Everyone has a different taste they prefer for their coffee. Some like it strong, others not so much. A general brewing rule is a 1:15 coffee to water ratio. Mess around with it - figure out your sweet spot.

Logic may tell you to label the buckets of green coffee beans.

I like the color coded system. Each origin has its own color bucket. Is there a rhyme or reason to the colors and their origin countries? Nope.

Colombia '- Orange
Guatemala- Blue
Tanzania - Purple
Ethiopia - Green

It has been working well for a long time - so if it ain't broke, don't fix it. 🤷‍♀️
