DELIVERY UPDATE 📣

I want to THANK Everyone that came out to have us this past weekend to support us and hope everything was as expected. We were extremely Friday and Sunday in particular and got everything in as best we could. We did have to turn down a walk-in order to accomodate 2 separate large-sized orders that hit our screen (& a Delivery came in for a pick up for a considerable discounted bargain) but everyone was understanding and would come again! Many THANKS for this past GREAT & SUCCESSFUL WEEKEND! 🙏

ALFREDO SITUATION
This last weekend was a first in awhile where we've sold every Alfredo Pasta and even our homemade Alfredo Sauce. As a result, we do not have it available today. We like to make it fresh before the weekend and will have some ready for Thursday rush.

WINGS, WINGS, & MORE WINGS> 🍗🍗🍗
We have ran into a supply issue with the boneless wings we normally carry. The jumbo-sized breaded ones have been discontinued. The've been swapped out for a smaller variety that still taste AMAZING and even cooks considerably faster. As a result, the 5 pc is now 7 or 8 piece & the 10 piece Boneless contains 14 or 15 pieces.

We've also reevaluated how much sauce cups we'll provide per order of wings (Traditional and Boneless). 5 pc will always get 1 as usual. 10pc now come with 2 cups.

DELIVERY UPDATE 📣
We are expecting a new Delivery Driver today! This translates to having Deliveries available from 4-6pm for both Fridays and Saturdays granted we're able to accomodate ALL the Deliveries. We will have to keep Big Lake turned off as safety precaution but anyone in Big Lake can call to see if we can deliver. It's recommended after 6pm on weekends but if we're slow - we don't mind.

Additionally, We want to encourage anyone to support us during this week to help train our new Driver (experience has alway proven to be the best teacher) and we would like to keep him employed as long as we're able to. Deliveries can help our store sales AND can ensure consistency with expected times. Our 1-hr times can go back to the 30-40 min range and we do not miss any business that comes before us. 🙂

Got an unexpected visit from from these amazing kids while mom was updating her eye prescription. They are my biggest inspirations for what I do and they know how important this store is for the family.

PIZZA IN THE AIR>>>

Hello Everyone, Monticello & Beyond...

It's been quite a week here in Minnesota and I hope Everyone is in good health and standing. :) I know this weather (unhealthier air) affects us all and it is becoming normal occurrence which impacts our mental and physical health but we need to reminds ourselves to stay strong. Safer exercises. Better daily habits. Healthier diets. Maintaining ability to help Families, Friends, & Neighbors.

WHAT'S IN STORE?>

We've haven't changed much in the menu department but we are reexamining the quality of certain toppings and dough that may have gravitated from the old store. Our dough has gotten back to what it should be (exception of filtered water we'll continue to provide) and the Cheese is not overcooked visibly. We're considering switching back to sliced ham but would really appreciate any feedback regarding this item. Not exactly IN STORE at the time but our Door Chime has malfunctioned so we're relying the ANYONE HERE for now. We're likely going to get a new one for security purposes but it's What's In Store.

APOCALYPTIC MENU ITEMS (Suggested Trends etc.) >>
Green Olives
Spicy Sausage (We've been storing in the freezer lately so quality is second to none)
Extra Sauce , Light Sauce, No Sauce. We've seen it all. We'll make it happen.
Double Cheese and beyond.
Our Pan options.
Extra Pepperoni.
Light Sausage.
Banana Peppers.
Veggie or Altered Veggie with Cheddar.
My Personal burger pizza> Lt Sauce, Beef, Onion, Lt Mustard, Lt. Cheese, Lt. Cheddar, & Pickle. (pls go with an XL or get 5 of these for my sanity ;) ).
