🍋✨ Tonight’s Sip & Sit special is our refreshing Sparkling Pink Lemonade Mimosa! 🥂💕

We’ve been absolutely blown away by the incredible response from vendors! Thank you to everyone who has reached out. We’ve received so many requests and can’t wait to showcase such amazing local talent. We’re still looking to add local produce and plant vendors, so if you grow it or nurture it, we’d love to hear from you!

A quick update: our pop-up market and gift shop will be opening at 5:00 PM today. We got a little busier than expected, but don’t worry, we’re still on for a wonderful evening! Stop by, grab a mimosa, browse unique products and enjoy the Summer Concert Series in the Village of Montgomery.

Fun fact! We have three separate chimneys thanks to the Borland family’s expansion of the home!

The chimney on the far left belongs to the original 1720s farmhouse. It once served the downstairs kitchen and the single room above it. The two additional chimneys were added during the 1800s expansion and run from the main floor up to our (now) two King Suites.

(We welcome guests to sip and shop prior to the concert)

Our weekly drink menu is posted on Facebook and Instagram. Patrons may bring their take-out and eat on premise as long as a drink is purchased.

Our local pop-vendors and gift shop will be open for the duration of the concert!
Local vendors will be announced the morning of the concert on Instagram and Facebook.
