Dear Plant Bae Family,

After six incredible years, Plant Bae will serve our final meals at our Lee Street location on Saturday, August 22, 2026.

Since opening our doors in May 2020, you have allowed us to do something truly special. You tried vegan food for the first time. You brought your families and friends. You celebrated with us, shared our name, voted for us, encouraged us, and continued to show up. Because of you, Plant Bae grew from an idea into a beloved part of our community, and I will always be grateful.

As life evolves, I have made the decision to create more space for my children, my family, and the opportunities ahead. This decision was made with much reflection, gratitude, and peace about what this season requires of me.

Come celebrate with us. Come get your favorite Bae one more time. Come try us for the first time. Come share a memory, take a picture, give us a hug, and help us close this chapter with the same love you have shown us for six years.

Hours: Thursday - Saturday, 11 AM - 7 PM

And please keep following Plant Bae. The restaurant may be closing, but the heart, creativity, and mission behind Plant Bae remain. We're making room to see what this beloved brand might become next.

Veg Out is our monthly vegan potluck where the only thing you need to bring is a dish to share and a willingness to connect. It's one of our favorite ways to build community and introduce people to just how good plant based food can be.

🐻 Fun fact: Black bears are already about 75–90% plant-based, so maybe our newest visitor has been searching for the perfect vegan spot all along. 😂
We can't confirm where Montgomery's famous bear is headed next... but if he wanders down Lee Street asking for a Beau Burger and a Rita Blueberry Beet, we'll understand. ❤️🍔🥤
