Vivarium started in 2021 on a whim, and the last 5 years have been a lot of learning — figuring out what works, what doesn’t, how to make better drinks, create better experiences, and grow into something that feels intentional.

One thing I’ve realized along the way is that growth isn’t linear. Sometimes it looks like progress, and sometimes it looks like falling on your ass, learning from it, and trying again. We’re not focused on competing with anyone else — just continuing to grow into the best version of ourselves while prioritizing quality, creativity, and the relationships we’ve built with all of you.

This summer, our mindset at Vivarium is simple: slow down.

While we work on re-creating a space that feels welcoming, comfortable, and built for gathering with friends and family, we hope you stop in, grab a drink, and slow down with us for a while ☀️
