🍍Kickturn

A crisp and hop-forward West Coast IPA built around Citra and Nectaron hops. Bright citrus and tropical fruit aromas lead into notes of grapefruit, passion fruit, pineapple, and stone fruit. Fermented with US-05 for a clean profile, this 7% IPA finishes with a firm bitterness and lingering hop character.

🍺 Day Trip

A juicy Hazy Pale Ale showcasing vibrant Citra and Krush hop character. Brewed with wheat, oats, and chit malt, it has a soft, pillowy body with layers of bright citrus, tropical fruit, and ripe stone fruit. Fermented with Imperial A38 “Juice,” Day Trip delivers expressive hop character with a smooth, soft bitterness and a refreshing citrus forward finish.

🍊One Wit Wonder

A classic Belgian-style Witbier brewed with wheat and oats for a soft, hazy body and delicate grain character. Sweet orange peel and coriander bring bright citrus aromas, subtle spice, and a touch of herbal complexity. Fermented with Lallemand Wit Style Ale Yeast, this 4.9% Belgian ale finishes with gentle spice, soft citrus, and a light, smooth sweetness.

New beer on tap perfect for summer! 🍻☀️PB Lite is a crisp, refreshing American Light Lager brewed with Northstar Pilsner malt and flaked rice for a clean, light-bodied finish. Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops add a subtle floral note that balances the delicate malt character, while SafLager 34/70 provides a clean fermentation profile. At 4.2% ABV, PB Lite is smooth, approachable, and brewed for easy drinking.

New Beer on tap! 🌊 Blue Water is a Hazy IPA brewed in collaboration with the Monterey Chapter of the Surfrider Foundation, celebrating the beauty of our oceans and the importance of protecting them. It’s dry hopped exclusively with Mosaic, and delivers waves of juicy mango, peach, ripe citrus, and subtle berry notes, all wrapped in a soft, pillowy body with a smooth, refreshing finish. 6.8% ABV | 23 IBU

The new brew will be available at the Blue Beer Mixer on Thursday, July 16 right here at Peter B’s!

Our new ultra-pale Hazy IPA is brewed with Northstar Pilsner malt, flaked oats, chit malt, and white wheat for a soft, pillowy mouthfeel and strikingly light appearance. Dry hopped at nearly 5 pounds per barrel with Citra, Krush, and Dolcita, it bursts with notes of mango, peach, guava, and bright citrus, finishing smooth, juicy, and bursting with expressive hop aromatics.
