A little PBR life update 💙

If we’ve been a little quiet lately, there’s a very good reason…

Chef Tommy welcomed a new baby! 👶

He’s spent the last two weeks doing something even more important than making bowls and rolls: taking some much deserved time with his family and soaking in those first days with the newest little member of the PBR family.

But now… Dad is getting ready to get back to work. 🙌

PBR will officially be back this WEEKEND at El Estero Park!

We’ve missed seeing all of you and we’re ready to fire everything back up and start this next chapter on the road.

The food truck checklist is getting shorter, and launch day is getting closer! ✔️

Tommy is keeping us moving with a marker, a handwritten list and one big check at a time.

Behind the scenes, we’re checking off permits, paperwork, trailer prep and our new menu as we get ready to bring Pacific Bowls & Rolls to the road. We can’t wait to share every step with you—and soon, serve you!

Pacific Bowls & Rolls is getting ready to bring the fresh bowls, sushi and flavors you love to locations throughout Monterey County.

Our launch date and first locations are coming soon. Until then, we’re taking you along for the real journey as we wrap the trailer, complete permits, test the setup and prepare to hit the road.
