We have been brewing and sharing beautiful teas, from the famed high mountains of China and Taiwan, crafted by local tea masters in small batches. 

You can some of these regions in our previous IG post: Alishan, Sun & Moon Lake,  FuDing, Wuyi, Phoenix Mountain....

Now, with these same micro batch teas and a custom brewing approach, we created some of the most refreshing and aromatic iced teas for our tea friends.

*Only two ingredients: tea leaves and water
*No sugar/sweetener, no additives, no calories
*Super aromatic with a subtle sweetness naturally
*Not bitter, not astringent, and does not leave that dryness in the mouth
*Serve in re-usable glass bottle

We do not have a polished marketing campaign or glitzy packaging.  We kept to the minimum on both counts.  We literally spends all our money and time on teas and on brewing teas.  😆😆

  We implore you to come visit us.   We are always happy to offer free samplings.  Because we believe thst our teas will "speak" louder and more convincing than any words we say. 😆

A reminder that we are a Pop Up inside Beard Papa's Monterey Park, on Atlantic Blvd.

Our timing was pretty darn good 😊. We happen to arrive in FuDing for the annual open day of tea season! This year's it landed on 3/28. It takes place in the town of Dian Tou (點頭), the literal translation is "Nodding Head"😁.

It is a town that's lined with one tea shop after another, 99.9 percent of them are selling White Tea of course.

We met up with our good friend tea master Yang. In the next few days, we will spend a good amount of time with him and drink lots of white teas!

The first two photos of this post is taken from one of master Yang's favorite look out spot in his home town of GuanYang (管陽).

We went hiking😁! Was this an "off day" from tea? Well, kinda, but not really....if you look carefully at the pictures, you can see tea gardens😆.

This picturesque mountain is also home to the "mother tree" of white tea😊.

Who crafts all our Jasmine teas you ask...
Master Huang!

After a meandering drive, we finally reached his tea production shop.  These mountainous tea gardens of XiaPu grows the tea that he turns into all our favorite jasmine teas. 

Since it is Spring right now,  we are able to observe the  tea leaf crafting part only.  The scenting process, the traditional method of infusing jasmine aroma into the tea leaves, will take place in the Summer.   That is when the jasmine flowers bloom, pluck and mix with the tea leaves for scenting....I guess that's a post for another day😉😆

We loved the artwork that lined the sides of the lookout platform. The sun was not present when we were there, so the coloring is different 😊. Though we felt lucky with no rain!

This was our "day off" from tea 😆. We went around visiting beautiful places in the coastal city of XiaPu. Which is known for its tidal flats and delicious seafood.
