Quick Update from the Cakery! 🐝🎂
Hey, everyone! I just wanted to hop on here and give y’all a quick update because I’ve had several people message me asking if I’m still baking cakes. I guess because I haven’t been posting much on my page, some people thought I had stopped.
The answer is absolutely YES—I am still baking cakes and staying as busy as a bee! 🐝🎂
I’ve just taken a little break from social media, so I haven’t been posting as much content or keeping up with messages as quickly as I normally do. I’m working on getting caught back up, though!
I have caught up with my cake orders, but I am booked out for a few weeks in September. I still wanted to reach out and let everyone know that I am definitely still baking and working hard behind the scenes!
I’m also working on a few new ideas for the future. I’m thinking about turning my cake pickup building into a little bakery, farm market, or sweet shop where I could possibly offer baked goods throughout the winter. 🍪🧁🍞🍰
I already have a large refrigerator and plenty of room in the building, so I’m considering using it for more than just cake pickups. I’ve also been playing around with my freeze dryer, so I may offer things like freeze-dried fruit, vegetables, and other goodies. 🍓🍎🥚
And for those of you who know me and my chickens, you know I’m always thinking of ways to use those fresh eggs! 😂🐔 Freeze-dried eggs could be a great option to have on hand during the winter months when fresh eggs aren't as plentiful.
💍 Bridal Cake Tasting Boxes Coming Soon! 💍
I’m also planning to do a bridal cake tasting weekend within the next couple of months! I haven’t set an exact date yet because I would like to find a weekend that works for the most people.
The tasting box will include 12 cupcakes in different cake flavors, with two of each flavor, so you can bring your fiancé, a friend, or someone else to help you taste and choose your favorites. 💕
Because I have to bake so many different flavors at one time, I will be doing these tasting boxes during one specific weekend. This helps me keep everything fresh and prevents a lot of cake from going to waste.
I’m looking at a date around the end of September or the first of October, so if you are interested, please comment or message me and let me know what weekend would work best for you!
And you don't have to be getting married to order a tasting box! If you have a birthday, event, or special occasion coming up—or if you've never tried my cakes and just want to see what all the hype is about 😂—you are welcome to order a box!

If you have any ideas for cute names for a little bakery, farm market, or sweet shop, drop them in the comments! I would also love to know what kinds of items you would be interested in buying if I started offering baked goods and other goodies for pickup during the winter.
I’m working on getting my little building cleaned out and ready, and I’m excited to see where this next chapter of the business might go!
I’ll also try to start posting pictures of some of the cakes I’ve completed over the last few weeks. I may have taken a little break from social media, but I definitely haven't taken a break from baking! 🎂❤️
