Growing up in England, I never had a great fondness for cabbage- and not surprisingly! Boiled with no seasoning, butter or oil, the aroma of cabbage was not a welcome prelude to dinner when we came home at the end of the day. Lucky for me, I married a very creative chef who was able to take on the challenge of that humble vegetable and turn it into the stellar dish I had for dinner last night. Thanks Rob! Lucky for you, too, since it is on the specials menu this evening. Not to be missed!
