For Montauk Captain Charlie Weimar, it all started with his Father clamming in the Great South Bay. From digging clams daily to a fishing boat, from fishing boat to two fishing boats and a lot of years later we have F/V Rianda S. & F/V Mildred E., two Trawlers that catch your fresh seafood. 🐟

Squid, fluke, scup, Seabass, Whiting, and other popular varieties are brought across our docks daily into the restaurant and sent on ice across the rest of NY State to feed the people.

In his spare time you can find Charlie ripping the surf in Montauk, he’s usually the guy charging on the peak. 🤝🏄‍♂️🌊
