Two rolls we think you need in your life.
Farmstand & Beach Bum🍥

The Farmstand Roll is stuffed with roasted red pepper, carrot, avocado, pea shoot, and scallion, wrapped in vegan soy paper and topped with a sriracha drizzle.

And the Beach Bum Roll is spicy lobster, mango, and tempura shrimp, wrapped in soy paper and topped with sweet chili sauce.

We use colored soy paper (vegan & no artificial colors) instead of traditional nori - it’s not something you’ll find just anywhere.

We’re checking in with our local fisherman to grab fish pretty much off the boat for opening. We’re stocking up with organic produce from Amber Waves and Balsam Farms, right here on the East End.

We love working with our local community in , and knowing exactly where every ingredient comes from.

I’ve been in the kitchen a LOT this off-season (not that anyone is surprised 😆). It’s been constant testing, tweaking, and tasting…

I’ve been working on everyone’s fav: DUMPLINGS! I’m psyched about a brand new vegan mushroom and Japanese eggplant dumpling. And, for those of you who have been askin' we’ll finally have shrimp dumplings! (made from scratch with wild shrimp, and organic vegs obv).

This is the part of the off-season I live for. The quiet gives me space to actually create, figure out what’s missing, source hard to find ingredients, or think about what could make you walk in this summer and go, “Wait - what is THAT?!” in the best way possible.

The new dumplings are coming to the menu when we open on May 14th. Who’s trying them out?!
