A special prize became a wonderful evening! ✨

Last night, we welcomed the winner of our 10th anniversary raffle and their guests for a private Chef’s Table experience at Wilcom’s Inn.

They enjoyed five thoughtfully prepared courses: burrata caprese with toasted bread, yellowtail hamachi with avocado cream and seaweed salad, scallops with corn purée, New York strip with mashed potatoes and vegetables, and a sweet finish of chocolate soufflé. 🍽️

It was such a pleasure to bring this celebration to the table! Thank you to our kitchen and service team for the care they put into every course, and to all of you who celebrated our anniversary and continue to support our family restaurant. ❤️

✨ A NEW LOOK FOR WILCOM’S INN! ✨

We’ve been waiting a long time to share this with you. ❤️

For the past year, we’ve been saving, planning, and working little by little toward giving the outside of Wilcom’s Inn the love and attention we felt it deserved.

And it’s finally finished! 🥹

Fresh paint, new landscaping and flowers, beautiful new lighting, and the finishing touch we were most excited about — our BRAND NEW illuminated Wilcom’s Inn sign! ✨

These pictures truly don’t do it justice. When the sun goes down and all the lights come on, the whole building has such a warm, welcoming glow. We wanted the outside to finally reflect the experience we’ve been working so hard to create inside.

We’re incredibly proud of how far this little place has come. We kept the character and history of Wilcom’s Inn, but gave it a fresh new chapter — one that feels a little more like us. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who has supported us, eaten with us, celebrated with us, recommended us to friends, and continued coming through our doors. Every dinner, every brunch, every glass of w**e and every celebration with you helped us get here.

✨ WHAT AN INCREDIBLE EVENING! 🍷✨

Our Immortal Estate W**e Dinner was truly one to remember — a full house, beautiful w**es, exceptional food, and an amazing group of guests who made the evening so special.

The Immortal Estate w**es were absolutely delicious, refined and elegant, and each course was thoughtfully created to complement the w**es beautifully.

And the food… ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Our kitchen team absolutely outdid themselves. Course after course came out beautifully executed — the kind of Michelin-level presentation and attention to detail that makes us incredibly proud of what happens behind the scenes at Wilcom’s Inn.

To everyone who joined us, thank you for making the evening such a success. Seeing a full house enjoying great food, exceptional w**e and wonderful company is exactly why we love hosting these special dinners.

A Little More About Chef Picazo And His Special Culinary Collaboration at Wilcom’s Inn 👨‍🍳🍛🧆🍽️

Chef Picazo has already been part of the Wilcom’s Inn team for the past month, working alongside Chef Ramon and our kitchen staff as a culinary consultant — and he’ll continue working with us every day for the next three months.

His role goes far beyond our upcoming Immortal Estate W**e Dinner. He’s been sharing his experience and creativity with our team, helping us refine dishes, develop new ideas, and continue elevating what comes out of our kitchen, while preserving our favorite dishes here at Wilcom’s Inn.

For the Immortal Estate W**e Dinner, Chef Picazo will have the special opportunity to craft the six-course menu around these four exceptional w**es. But you certainly don’t need to attend the w**e dinner—or drink w**e—to enjoy what he’s bringing to Wilcom’s!

And, of course, Chef Ramon isn’t going anywhere. Chef Picazo is working alongside him and our entire culinary team. It’s been a wonderful collaboration already, and we’re excited about what they’re creating together.

We are incredibly honored to have Chef José López-Picazo working with us at Wilcom’s Inn for the next three months as a culinary consultant, sharing his experience and knowledge with our kitchen team.

Chef Picazo brings an extraordinary culinary background.

Originally from Madrid and trained at the Madrid Cooking Institute, his career has included working with José Andrés, Julian Serrano, and Fabio Trabocchi, as well as leading kitchens at celebrated restaurants including Picasso at Bellagio, which held two Michelin stars.

And we’re especially excited about what he’s creating for our upcoming Immortal Estate W**e Dinner.

Chef Picazo will personally develop an exclusive SIX-COURSE tasting menu, created around the w**es of Immortal Estate—a small Sonoma estate with a remarkably limited portfolio of just four w**es.

For more than 60 years, Wilcom’s Inn has been part of this community.

Long before it became the steakhouse you know today, Wilcom’s was a gathering place for neighbors, farmers, travelers, and racing fans. It was known for its cold drinks, friendly faces, and the memories made around its tables. As the years went by, Wilcom’s became closely connected to the legendary 75-80 Racetrack, making it a destination for racers and spectators alike.

When we became the new owners, we knew one thing for certain—we wanted to preserve the history of this special place. That’s why we proudly kept the name Wilcom’s Inn.

Today, while the menu has evolved into a steakhouse featuring premium steaks, fresh seafood, weekly chef’s specials, handcrafted cocktails, w**e dinners, and desserts made from scratch, our mission remains the same: to create a place where family and friends come together and make lasting memories.

Our goal is not to erase the past, but to honor it while creating the next chapter of Wilcom’s story.
