Did you know that our fried bologna sandwiches also were a main feature in the Taste of Monroeville as well. We deep fry a bologna steak until nice and dark and serve it up on butter grilled bread with mayo, American cheese, lettuce and tomato. But just like anything else in our restaurant, you can customize it to your liking!
