As you know, we shut our doors for the last time to customers on Saturday night. Many tears and heartfelt wishes were shared and we cannot thank y’all enough. However, we now need your help.

Are you or someone you know in need of restaurant equipment? Such as 8 burner stove, 2 fryers, grill, and convection oven just to name a few! Please call 318-450-9326 or message us about which piece of equipment you are interested in or if you would like to come in and look and help us move everything out!

WOW! The Fat Pelican family cannot thank everyone enough for the sweet comments and MANY reservations! 😭❤️ With how many of you are coming to see us, we will NOT be able to take walk ins or to go orders tonight! We apologize for the inconvenience, but we can’t help but feel so loved.

Reminder: Today and tomorrow are our last days being open, which means we have very limited supplies. If we sell out of something, we are truly out. We appreciate you all understanding and cannot wait to serve you one last time!

Our hours for the rest of the week will be lunch Tuesday-Friday 11-2 and dinner Friday and Saturday night 5-til!♥️

After 11 incredible years, it’s hard to put into words what this journey has meant to us. The Fat Pelican was never just a business, it was our second home. It was where friendships were made, families gathered, milestones were celebrated, and strangers became regulars who felt like family. As we close this chapter, our hearts are filled with gratitude. Thank you to our amazing staff, who poured their hearts into serving others, and to every customer who chose to spend your time with us over the past 11 years. You gave us so much more than a business, you gave us our very own FP Family♥️

This week, July 20-25th, will be our last week of operation! We will not be serving our regular menu. We have decided to make a menu that culminates the last 11 years of food we have served! We also ask that if you and yours plan on sharing one last meal with us that you call and make a reservation so that we will be prepared for the week!
