✨ Help us celebrate our newest 110% Club member, McKinlie Hemming! We’re so grateful for all she brings to our team. ❤️
Mckinlie has been part of the Tuscano’s team for about a year, and in that time she has become a dependable, hardworking member of our staff. It has been wonderful watching Mckinlie continue to grow in her role while always giving her best. She runs the food pass-through window like a pro, keeps the kitchen and front-of-house working together seamlessly, and has even stepped into evening floor manager shifts with confidence. Whether she’s taking care of guests, supporting the team or leading during a busy dinner service, Mckinlie approaches every shift
with a positive attitude and a willingness to give 110%!
Born in Utah, Mckinlie later lived in Colorado before moving to Monroe about six years ago. She is currently a senior at Snohomish High School and has started taking classes part-time at Everett Community College. Her first job was cleaning for her dad’s business. Since she was young, Mckinlie has always wanted to help people and one day she hopes to become a doctor. One of Mckinlie’s favorite things about Tuscano’s is how family-oriented the restaurant is. She appreciates how much the team cares about both employees and guests, and says it is one of the things that makes working here so enjoyable.
Mckinlie is especially thankful for her family and friends, who she says are her biggest supporters and are always there for her. The best advice she has ever received is, "If you're going to do something, always put your 100% into it, no matter what." That mindset is something she brings with her every day, both at work and in life. We are so grateful Mckinlie chose to be part of the Tuscano’s family. Thank you, Mckinlie, for your hard work, positive attitude and all you do to make Tuscano’s better than ever! 🎉
