And honestly? We think she did a pretty good job. 🖤☕✨

This week only, we’re celebrating our Nocturnal Princess’s 5th birthday with a drink designed by the birthday girl herself.

Introducing:

👑 The Nocturnal Princess

Featuring:
🍓 House-made iced mocha
🍓 Strawberry cold foam
✨ Dye-free sprinkles
🍫 A chunk of chocolate brownie topped with strawberry cream cheese frosting and sprinkles

Basically, if you asked a five-year-old what the perfect drink should be, this is exactly what you’d get.

Sweet. Fun. A little over the top. And completely Salem.

If you’ve ever been greeted by our little Head of HR, invited to do a puzzle, or watched her supervise the shop, now is your chance to try her creation.

👑🖤 A SPECIAL WEEK AT NOCTURNAL

This week, June 17th–20th, we’re taking a short pause from our Enemies to Lovers menu while we finish creating the second half of the next chapter.

We’re not quite done writing the story yet. 📖

But we couldn’t let this week pass without celebrating someone very important to Nocturnal.

Our little Nocturnal Princess is turning FIVE! 🎉

If you’ve been around the shop, you’ve probably met Salem. Maybe she greeted you at the counter, invited you to do a puzzle, or stopped by your table to see what you were reading. She was just one year old when we purchased Nocturnal and started renovating the building, and she’s grown up right alongside the coffee shop.

To celebrate, we’ll be featuring a special one-week-only drink, The Nocturnal Princess, available June 17th–20th.

Looking for a relaxing way to end the week?

Tonight from 7:00pm–8:00pm, we’ll be hosting Silent Book Club in our Marketplace. Bring your current read, grab your favorite drink, and enjoy an hour of quiet reading surrounded by fellow book lovers. No assigned reading, no discussion, just a cozy atmosphere and some dedicated time to escape into a good book.

And if books aren’t your thing, Nocturnal might just be the perfect spot for your next date night.

We've been lucky enough to witness first dates, anniversaries, engagements, and even a few proposals within these walls. In fact, some of those first dates eventually turned into proposals, and we got to be part of both. 🖤

There’s something special about sharing a coffee in a cozy corner, talking under dim lights, and slowing down for a while together.

Our led book club has become one of our favorite events at Nocturnal. Every week is filled with great conversations, theories, laughs, favorite characters, and fellow readers who understand exactly why books can completely take over your life.

If you’ve been wanting to visit Nocturnal but evenings don’t fit your schedule, today is your chance. Stop in for your morning coffee, meet a friend, enjoy a sweet treat, catch up on your current read, or simply take a break from the busy day.

We’re serving our full menu, including our handcrafted lattes made with house-made syrups, slow-simmered chai, fresh cider, tonics, and our current Enemies to Lovers specialty menu.

Tomorrow, June 9th, we’ll be open from 9am–3pm for special daytime hours, and we’d love to see you.

Whether you’re stopping in for your morning coffee, meeting a friend for a catch-up, taking a lunch break, or looking for a cozy place to relax with a book, Nocturnal is here for you.

Our Enemies to Lovers menu is still available featuring favorites like Alphahole, Hearteater, Star-Crossed, Little Osha, The Monster They Became, and Princess. And if themed drinks aren’t your thing, don’t forget our regular menu is full of handcrafted lattes, slow-simmered chai, fresh cider, tonics, and house-made syrups.

But more than anything, tomorrow is a great reminder of what happens when a community supports local businesses.
