A Berry DOLLY Latte 🍓🥨🫶🏼 she was everything to everyone. She gave, she helped, she loved. This Dolly latte has been on our mind since she launched her icecream with Jeni’s. We tried to come up with a “women of country” line up last year but never made it to completion, honestly, it was just for Dolly and we couldn’t come up with lattes for anyone else 😆 so if you have any ideas for your favorite 90s country ladies, let us know!!

This weekend only we will be selling Berry Dolly Latte, and a portion of the proceeds will be going to her Imagination Library. This was one of my favorite things to receive when my son was little. He loved finding a book in the mail sent directly to him! She touched us all in so many ways!

FRIDAY AND SATURDAY Dolly music will be playing, lattes will be made, pink cups will be had. If she could be a latte, it would be pink and fun and southern flavored. We hope you come celebrate her life with us! Some may think it’s silly, but we love Dolly, and it only feels right to do something fun in her honor!

Bringing the Beachy Bee to the menu as an homage to my grandpa goes so much deeper than I think most people realize.

The faces in these photos represent generations of people who have lived, learned, grown, married, raised their children, and built lives right here in this little town. They’re my family. They’re my roots. They’re the people who helped shape who I am.

Sometimes I think people assume I’m not from here. 🤣 But I am. And so are the people who raised me, loved me, and watched me grow.

Sorella has always been about more than coffee. It’s about creating a place where people gather to have a latte with a friend, a morning meeting, a pop-up, or simply a corner to slow down. Every menu item is so detailed and thought out, but this one carries a piece of my heart.

When you order a Beachy Bee, you may just think you’re getting a really yummy latte. But to me, it’s a love letter to my grandpa, my family, the memories that raised me, and the little historic town that has always been home.

Who would’ve thought a latte could hold so much life?
