Beasotali is crushing it, cross between my original hybrid, the BeastKS, called that because I grew it out for 8 years and documented it on Facebook and Youtube, then lo and behold, another Beast showed up from a bigger grower. and a Chocolate Primotali, was trying to increase the yield of the Beast, had no Idea the offspring would be way hotter than either parent-as far as I know, truly one of the hottest peppers in the world, not a paid for marketing gimmick, this is an F2, just want to make sure the one I pick to get seeds from is staying true to last year, then I will be giving out free seeds- pain may be involved-lol-

Making slow progress, but still going, getting the new house locked in was my biggest concern after the fire, lost all my recipes, did not matter much for the hot sauces, because I have been throw and taste for 20 years, now, I make sure everything is documented and I e-mail it to myself so nothing can happen to the recipes. This is what I have so far, still doing the cottage food thing, but I am actively looking and am close to locking in a small commercial place so I can go nationwide. Tennessee Thunder F2 hot sauce is for chiliheads, if you tell me Tabasco is hot and you eat Jalapenos like candy, this one is not for you- I ran across Pequins years ago, hit like a little firecracker, and then the heat is gone, started with a fermented mash of them, then added a smoked Habanero fermented mash, Scotch Bonnet and Aleppo peppers for flavor, and then Chocolate 7- pot Morugas to keep the heat going- it comes in waves and blends well in foods, very tasty, but hot. The Sweet Carolina barbecue sauce is just flat out one of the best barbecue sauces you will ever have- I don't use flavor enhancers, preservatives, food coloring, at all, what you get is down home cookin that tastes great! Bigfoot has been vacationing in Colorado, I just got word he is on his way back to Tennessee! I am making sauces most of the day tomorrow for his approval when he gets here next week!

Will have some new releases Memorial Day weekend, check back to see where I will be at and where you can get them, hint, some smoky barbecue sauces and a bunch of new hot sauces, from hot to insane- thank you all for being patient, hit a rough patch the last few weeks, but with the help of of the local community and God, I am coming back stronger than I was before- God bless you all!

In case any of you have wondered what happened to me, I have not left the planet, had hernia surgery a little while back, then my house burned down last friday, got all 3 dogs out and one cat, lost the male cat, Spunky, I went back in 3 times looking for him, but the smoke was getting bad and I had to let him go- holed up in a hotel for now, but looking at a few rentals until I can rebuild, the sauces will be back soon!
