Ps… check out this picture! I volunteered at a middle school camp in the panhandle of Texas and we climbed up a mountain side at 530 am to watch the sunrise. BUT in the picture, without me realizing it, God put the sun in one hand and the moon in the other!! Look closely! How amazing!! Be on the lookout for blessings all around my Bayou buddies!! I would love to hear about those too🙌🏻❤️

Well friends… the day has finally come. Today is the LAST DAY of crawfish season 2026 at The Bayou!

What started months ago with cold nights, muddy boots, and a whole lot of seasoning has turned into another season full of laughter, friendships, stories, and memories we’ll treasure. We are so thankful for every customer who stopped by, shared a post, brought a friend, prayed for us, or simply chose to support our little family business.

Our crawfish may be waving goodbye, but our hearts are overflowing with gratitude. 💙
