Introducing….
Sweet Kate’s Old Fashioned Donut Cake

If you ask me, there’s nothing better than an old fashioned donut and coffee on a Saturday morning. I just wish the donuts were bigger.. maybe that’s a me thing too 😅🤪
I thought it was just something I was going to have to deal with… nope. Here is the solution to our problems, friends!
An ultra moist vanilla bean pound cake (with a hint of nutmeg), topped with a buttery crumble, and a vanilla bean glaze, this cake will no doubt set your weekend up for success! 😍☕️

P.S. I can confirm it is absolute perfection dunked in your morning coffee! 🙃

STORY TIME! Some of my big news is out, (yes there’s more on the way)… 🤗 The Sweet Kate’s menu is expanding! Not to worry, French macarons aren’t going anywhere, just sharing the spotlight!

Sweet Kate’s started in 2020, while I had three little girls 5 and under. Now, almost seven years and a little boy later, all of my babies are in school. All I’ve ever wanted to be was a mom. I did the whole college degree thing. I did the whole working mom thing. But in true eldest daughter fashion, I really like to be the boss. 🙃 Sweet Kate’s has helped me successfully combine my love of baking (and taste testing), being a mom, AND the boss.
Leading up to this school year, a lot of people asked “Kate, what are you going to do with all four of your kids in school?” I wrestled with the answer to that question for a long time. It turns out, I still just want to be a mom. I want to be the mom that shows up, that can run to the school in five minutes, the mom that can have control of her time. Every time you place an order from Sweet Kate’s, you help me be the mom that CAN! I genuinely hope you are as excited as I am about all the things to come for Sweet Kate’s! It’s going to be fun!! See y’all soon! 😉
