Meet Calabazas of the Dead! Roasted tomatillo salsa, Keewaydin Farms kabocha squash, Alsum’s sweet corn, crumbled chorizo, queso fresco, cilantro & Green Barn Farms red onion. 🌽🌶️

The name is a nod to calabazas (squash) and the colorful traditions of Día de los Mu***os, with a little Sal’s spooky-season twist. 🎃👻

Frittatina is one of those Neapolitan dishes that doesn't necessarily sound like much when you read the description. But then it comes out of the kitchen and it all makes sense!

Three fried pasta fritters filled with prosciutto cotto, peas, provolone, bucatini and besciamella, with pea pesto, SarVecchio and chives on top. 🧀

It's crispy, creamy, cheesy, messy and really, really good.

We're also doing a limited batch of Italian Potato Salad with local red potatoes, Castelvetrano olives, red onion, celery, fennel, grilled sweet pepper vinaigrette, SarVecchio and microgreens. 🇮🇹 💕

Fritto misto di mare might be Italian, but it feels pretty familiar around here. 🐟 this is always one of Chef/Owner Pat’s favorites when he visits family in Napoli. We hope it becomes one of yours, too. It’s over 1 lb of fish!

Fried calamari, smelt, Alaskan cod & gulf shrimp with capers, lemon aioli, fresh herbs & lemon. Built to share!

Pretty much a Wisconsin fish fry, right? 😉
