I would like to take this time to express my gratitude to all of you for supporting me and my dream to open Justen Thyme Cafe inside the Monclova Community Center!
Unbeknownst to me, this past Thursday the Monclova Historical Foundation voted not renew either of my leases. So there you have it folks...just like that...Justen Thyme Cafe will not be coming to the Monclova Community Center. As my Uncle Mel would say "It's been real, it's been fun, but it ain't been real fun."

Good Morning Monclova! I am out and about getting everything together for our opening. We will NOT be opening this Sunday as we had planned but we will be opening soon after. Sunday Blessings to All. I am taking the day off to work on projects for the cafe and Studio 12 Thirteen with the kiddos, so I will not be offering coffee in the cafe today. Stop by tomorrow from 6-11am and try a cup of Jungle Jive from Flying Rhino Coffee, purchase some personal care products from Humblebee Family Farm, and register for a 50% OFF class at Studio 12 Thirteen.

Looking to give back this year? Good Morning Monclova! The coffee is on and I'm here until 11, gearing up for our first FREE Community Meal and Gratitude Party, December 25th from 4-8.

Stop in and enjoy a FREE cup of coffee while you browse our table of local goods from Humblebee Family Farm, The Happy Crafter, and Flying Rhino Coffee (all proceeds go to The Giving Tree).

You may also register here for a class at Studio 12 Thirteen and receive 50% OFF for doing so.

Raffle tickets are for sale until December 20th and are $5/each or 6/$20 (grand prize is a YEAR of Coffee or Tea).

The Giving Tree is accepting monetary and non perishable food donations. Bring in a can of Cranberry Sauce, a box/bag of stuffing mix, a bag of white rice, or a can of green beans and you will receive a raffle ticket for a Holiday prize pack from Justen Thyme Cafe, Studio 12 Thirteen, The Happy Crafter and Humblebee Family Farm.
