All food vendors must have an active health permit or apply for a Temporary Food Facility permit. Fees range from $82 to $184.

Vendor registration cutoff date is Friday, April 17th.

Insurance is also required. One-day liability coverage is available through our partner, Edgar Ortiz Agency, for $59/day. Just fill out your app and they will contact you to collect payment.

PALMDALE LOCATION CLOSED ONCE AGAIN TILL FURTHER NOTICE, landlord has made me closed down once again do to plumbing issues from the exterior side . This is very frustrating and does affect my business a lot . Will keep you all updated . Thank you for understanding!

Another catering on a Tuesday, we been having caterings every day , man we been blessed . Hit us up for your next catering they go with fatboystaco for a reason , we will take care of you and serve you with quality meats and great service ! This catering is for 30 people. We don’t have a max limit , you want it for 500 people , 2000 people we can do it !
