Here’s a video of the last time I got to see my pop……. He was full of cancer and would gone less then 3 weeks later.

GOOOOOOOOOD MORNING Burger Nation!!!!!

Life for me is less then fun, to say the least…… but, I’m thankful for the few folks that check in and support……

So……mowing the 1/3 acre back yard is very therapeutic, especially with some great music!!

One step at a time…..one day at a time, it will work out and it will get better.

I’m hopeful I get to see my doggies again one day…… my heart is crushed without my boys.

Good Morning Burger Nation………

This is totally a theoretical question……

I’m a bit burnt on Oregon.

I had to Drive down to Modesto recently to Visit my union…… it was my first trip back to the area since moving.

I miss my friends and family down there terribly, so the visit, the Mexican food, Mr T’s Donuts and the camaraderie of some board games, kinda did me some good.

So……… I ask you all.

Sunday is quickly becoming our official PIZZA making day!!!!

This week I’m trying the “POOLISH” starter for my New York style……. Which is wayyyyyyy more bubbly on the morning after……..

Mama Shay Shay has to eat gluten free, so this week she’s trying one GF crust from Trader Joe’s and one from Blue Moon Bakery here in Hillsboro!!

I’m fascinated with learning good pizza, as ALL the pizza in Oregon is kinda sh*tty……. We miss our spot in San Francisco!!!

We made pizza yesterday during the BORING Superbowl…… and it wasn’t terrible!!!
