It’s no secret we’re big dog people @ Mo’Bay Beignet Co. 💙🐾 So… we’re doing a GIVEAWAY for THIS FRIDAY NIGHT at 6:30P to see Heart of the Beast on opening weekend @ NEXUS CINEMA DINING with the owner of Mo’Bay! This includes two tickets for you and a guest, and a $50 dining gift card for your meal during the movie!

“Who can we support that’s local when we go out to eat lunch/dinner today?” That’s the question we’d love all of Mobile to be asking each other right now. This time of year is tough and we all can use each other’s support.

We decided to make our first visit to lartiguesonthehill and it did not disappoint! Jack (taking our pic) was super friendly and gave us some samples, as did Kevin aka “buzz bait”, and Paul aka “crab claw”. These guys are making some amazing food. We had the blackened mahi mahi sandwich and the blackened redfish poboy.

We chatted about how business is tough this time of year, exchanged ideas, and discussed some of those wild football games yesterday. They even told us a cool story about a bus full of Catholic Bishops who came in their place to eat one day and wanted to know where to get the best beignets, and they told them about Mo’Bay Beignet Co. , so one of them headed our way and bought about four dozen to bring back to Lartigue’s 💙
