✨ CHARACTER IN ACTION ✨

We’re starting a new spotlight series to celebrate the character qualities we see in our team members every day—not just what they do, but who they are and how they show up for others. 🥰

We’re kicking things off by highlighting two qualities we see in one of our Directors: intentionality and attention to detail.

She knows our regular guests so well that when she saw a familiar guest’s order come through, she immediately recognized that something wasn’t quite right. She knew his usual order and caught the difference before it ever reached the guest.

That kind of intentionality doesn’t happen by accident. It comes from taking the time to know our guests, paying attention to the little things, and genuinely caring about getting it right.

Attention to detail looks a lot like care. And it’s moments like these that remind us that great hospitality is often found in the smallest details. 🤍

🎉 HAPPY BIRTHDAY to our Owner/Operator, Kevin! 🎉

We couldn’t let the day end without celebrating the guy who leads and serves our RSA Battlehouse team so well!

Our team got the celebration started a couple days early by surprising Kevin with a potluck AND a local choir to sing “Happy Birthday” to him! 🎶🐔🎂

A special shoutout to the crew who planned it all and made every part of the celebration come to life. ❤️ We’re incredibly thankful for a team that genuinely cares for one another and takes the time to celebrate each other well.

Help us wish Kevin a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY! 🥳🎈

One month ago, we had the opportunity to take a few of our leaders to the Chick-fil-A Support Center! 🐔

From a private tour with a Support Center friend and learning more about the life and legacy of S. Truett Cathy, to witnessing new Operators graduate from Fundamentals, there were so many special moments throughout our visit.

We also had the opportunity to grow through LEAN 2.0 and Restaurant Food Safety classes, and we came home with fresh ideas, new perspectives, and even more excitement about how we can serve our Team Members and Guests well at Chick-fil-A RSA Battlehouse.

We loved getting to share this experience with our Drive Thru Coordinator, Director of Sales and Brand Growth, and Director of Quality and Guest Experience. We’re grateful for leaders who are committed to learning, growing, and continually making our Restaurant better!

And a special shoutout to our Operator and Operator Spouse, who spent their 7th wedding anniversary investing in our Restaurant and our team. ❤️

We’re excited to keep growing together, investing in our Team Members, and building a Restaurant that serves our team, our Guests, and our community well! ✨

🎉 HISTORY MADE! 🎉

Today our team set a new all-time record at Chick-fil-A RSA Battlehouse — serving 101 cars in ONE HOUR in our drive-thru! 🚗🏆

For the first time in our Restaurant’s history, we broke the 100-car mark, and we couldn’t be more proud of the team who made it happen! ❤️

Behind every one of those 101 cars was a team working hard, communicating, serving with excellence, and cheering each other on. What a milestone!

101 cars. 60 minutes. One incredible team. 🐮👏

Meet the faces behind Chick-fil-A RSA Battlehouse! ⭐️

Owner/Operator Kevin and his wife, Laura!

After years of dreaming about owning a Chick-fil-A, we’re incredibly grateful to now be serving the downtown Mobile community. This journey has truly been a team effort from the beginning, and we’re so excited to build this business side by side and see where it takes us.

We’ve been married for 7 years and are the proud parents of two kids who keep us busy and remind us to enjoy the little things. We’ve called Birmingham home, spent the past year living on St. Simons Island, and now we’re thankful to call Mobile home. We love that downtown Mobile gives us the energy of the city while still keeping us close to the coast. 🌊

Outside of Chick-fil-A, you’ll usually find us at church, exploring somewhere in nature, having a Disney day, or cheering on our two favorite teams—Auburn 🦅 and Oklahoma State 🤠.

We’ve already loved getting to know our incredible team, and we’re looking forward to getting to know so many more of you in the downtown Mobile community.

We’re incredibly grateful for this opportunity, for the people who helped make this dream possible, and for the chance to serve you. We can’t wait for all that’s ahead! 🤩

— Kevin & Laura
