Wedding Week Day Three !

Congratulations to our Newlyweds! 🎉💍

They had an amazing ceremony at Dead Horse Point state park last night & an even more amazing dinner afterwards and here's why --

Everything homemade from scratch, even the butter...
Bacon wrapped jalepeno poppers stuffed with Tays homemade filling.

Cinnamon sugar butter, made right in front of your eyes.

That brisket gots smoke ring for days and tastes just like it was from a stick burner.

Pizzas made with that Angelo's dough, Tays homemade sauce, fresh ingredients.

Charcuterie? I got salami rivers for days and pepperoni roses by the dozen.

Fat little loaves of that Rock Falls Angelo's bread.

Tays Sourdough Pretzel bites and of course our homemade b**r cheese.

This morning Taylor made bagels from scratch along with her homemade cream cheese spreads.

Nothing frozen, nothing from a box. Not one single box came into, or Out of that kitchen.

Real food. Lemme say that again - Real Food .

Served hot to your table .

Thats a catering .

Wedding Week Day Two !

This morning we will be serving hot fresh breakfasts for our group & then for a light lunch we have an amazing Charcuterie Table that Link is super excited to create.

Then they all head off to Dead Horse Point for their Wedding Ceremony 💍

After that they all head back to this humongous Air B & B for a 30 person, Fancy Plated Dinner 🍽

Tonight's Menu -

Slow-Smoked Brisket.
Smoked Salmon.
For sides we have rice pilaf, Tays Famous cheesey potatoes, green salad, fresh sautéed veggie meddly.
Desert is an Apple Crisp Pie with homemade caramel drizzle.

It's gonna be a long but exciting day & we hope to get a few pics for ya !

It's raining it's pouring, the old man was snoring, but his young wife kicked him & said " Wake Up Ya Snoring Old Man ! " !! 😆😆

Today begins Day One of Wedding Week !!!

We had to divide & conquer so Taylor Erby is in Moab at the Air B&B helping the group decorate & then she's gonna make their dinner which is a bunch of pizzas & breadsticks and sides.

Link is in MontyChello running the smokers & trying to keep them Dry ! 😆

We're excited as well as grateful to have such a unique & amazing opportunity.

Tomorrow begins Day One of 4 days of Wedding Week !!!

We're so very excited to do another one of these private caterings & we couldn't be more Grateful for the opportunity 🙏 ❤️

Day One is dinner and dinner is all-you-can-eat PIZZA BUFFET !!
As always the Big Phat Philly & Palermo were picked, along with some of our other super delicious pizza choices and salads & of course, breadsticks with that amazing Angelo's Dough !

We're in Provo for day 2 of shopping and omg if Taylor Erby don't hurry up in this store I'm gonna change the name from ShowStoppers to SlowShoppers !!! 😆
