Tonight is BBQ Rib Night! We’ve been slow-cooking tender, smoky, fall-off-the-bone ribs all day so you can kick back, drink something frosty, and thaw out from the trail heat in sweet, sweet air-conditioning.

🍺 Pro Tip: Pair those ribs with a cold local beer and top it off with a slice of ice-cream-topped pie to complete the cool-down.

June in the desert is no joke. When the sun finally starts to dip behind the rocks, skip the kitchen heat and come see us for BBQ Rib Tuesday.
