Our mini cookies have a brand-new look, and I’m so excited to finally share it with you! Dr. Shica’s Bakery cookies will be available to purchase online this week, so you can join the adventure from wherever you are. ❤️💛

There’s nothing like opening a fresh box of factory samples! 📦🍪

One of the biggest challenges in growing a bakery is making sure the cookies taste just as amazing when they’re produced on a larger scale. I created these recipes from scratch, so every sample gets tested to make sure the flavor, texture, and quality meet my standards before they ever make it to you.

And… we’ve got something exciting coming! 👀 Our brand-new packaging and a fresh new look will be launching soon, and I can’t wait to share it with you!

Is this the ultimate Apple Cinnamon Roll? 🤤🔥

Soft, gooey, loaded with fresh apples, warm cinnamon, and dripping with homemade cream cheese icing. I made these from scratch… now the real question is… would you order one? 👀👇

This took 8 minutes… and tastes like it baked all day. 🤯🍑

Using my sugar cookie mix made this peach cobbler ridiculously easy!

✨ Ingredients:
🍪 Dr. Shica’s Sugar Cookie Mix
🥧 Mini graham cracker shell
🍑 Peaches
🤎 Flour + brown sugar + cinnamon + nutmeg

⏲️ Air Fry at 320°F for 8 minutes.

Don’t forget the vanilla ice cream! 🍨
