Wally & Buck is a small and locally owned grass-fed smash burger restaurant that sources local, pasture raised and grass finished beef from Oxbow Cattle Company. Kirsten, Sam, Emie, and Cal have been longtime friends and regulars around here, and we always love when they roll in.

Whether it’s hanging at the bar, catching up with the crew, or piling into a booth for dinner, they’ve been part of the Wally & Buck world since the early days.

Grass-fed smash patty, peanut sauce, pickled pepper, cilantro, mint, cucumber, jalapeño, yellow curry mayo, brioche.

Fresh herbs, little heat, good crunch, and a peanut sauce that you could drink.
