Leigh has officially been hanging out with us for 4 whole years!!

Four years evening shifts after her full-time job, keeping the weekend under control, and training up new employees.

The seasons changed, and so did our ice cream sandwich special!

Welcome to the season of browned butter and caramel.
Brown butter sugar cookies, Big Dripper salted caramel ice cream, and rolled in pretzels for the extra crunch!

It’s fall and we’re feeling kinda fancy.

Grass-fed smash patty, bacon, balsamic caramelized onion, radicchio & arugula salad, parmesan-chili mayo, all stacked on a brioche bun.

Sweet. Tangy. Peppery. Rich.

A little dressed up, but still a bacon burger at heart. New rotator is on. Come give’r a go.🍔

Never been to Wally & Buck? Here’s where to start.

Wally Burger: Our namesake. You’ve probably had a bacon cheeseburger before. You haven’t had this one.

Buck Buck: Not a burger, but really dang good. A little sweet, a little spicy, and very hard to stop eating.

Secret Single: It started as a kitchen crew secret, but we couldn’t gatekeep forever. The mustard sear really brings it.
