Although we love spending time with you all, we are stepping away early today to go spend time at our roastery in Lolo! We’re getting some coffee education from our great roasting and packaging team. Toole ave will close at 1pm today. Normal hours resume tomorrow.

Hunter Bay Coffee Roasters, is searching for a detail-oriented and organized Packaging Associate to join our team in our Montana Roastery location in Lolo, MT. In this role, you will be responsible for packaging fresh roasted coffee. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse management systems, the coffee industry and possess strong skills in organization. We are happy to train the right candidates!
Responsibilities
* Diligently prepares and fills packaging
* Maintains an organized workspace and inventory of all packaging
* Safely operates and troubleshoots packaging machinery
* Operates forklift to transfer bins and palletized coffee
Requirements
* Previous experience in packaging or warehouse operations is preferred.
* Previous experience operating a fork lift is preferred.
* Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is highly desirable.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
* Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
* Excellent organizational skills with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
