A moment of appreciation for the labor of love that is our house made pesto. From the hours it takes to hand pick the basil, to the tedious task of balancing each batch to perfection. We wouldn’t have it any other way ❤️

Did you know any of our sandwiches can be made into a salad? We use greens and arugula as a base, top with all the meat, cheese and veggies and add a side of oil and vinegar as well as a side of each sauce that comes on the sandwich. 🥗
