Our company was founded by two chefs;

Chef Abraham Jaber, and Chef Liudmila Usacheva-Jaber, met at Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon France in Oct 2006; while studying Classical French Cuisine. After both Chefs graduated,with Degrees in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management, each chef ran his or her own kitchen. Being in Texas together since January 2013, the idea came to join forces and combine e

ach chef's set of experience, heritage, influences and culinary knowledge to make the best catering company possible in the RGV. The Right Choice Catering L.L.C offers in home private dining, event catering and/or cooking classes. Best ingredients, friendly personalized service, fair prices. We do everything from a romantic fine dining dinner for 2 ,to a buffet or plated event for 1000. We can also come to your home to teach you a great variety of recipes and dishes. Our motto is no event is too small and no budget is out of the question. We will work alongside our clients to find a menu that best fits any budget or event need.
