❤️ A Little Behind-the-Scenes Appreciation Post ❤️

Here’s a little glimpse of what it takes to bring you all that delicious food each week!

Erika Smith has been by my side for seven years, helping make the weekly menus, dinner specials, buffets, and all the craziness that comes with running a restaurant possible. Between the two of us, there’s a lot of planning, prepping, problem-solving, and occasionally a few moments where we want to strangle each other 😂… but at the end of the day, we make a great team.

We share a love for this community and take a lot of pride in serving our customers the best food we can. Most people only see the finished plate, but there are countless hours of hard work, long days, and dedication happening behind those kitchen doors.

So today, I just want to say THANK YOU to Erika for everything she does. Your hard work, loyalty, and commitment do not go unnoticed. The Paddle Inn is better because of you, and I’m grateful to have you on this journey with me.
