Im looking for someone interested in cooking ...BBQ cooking. I want to pass on my knowledge of being a pit master to someone who is genuinely interested in the passion of pleasing people with their cooking as I am. My business is growing and it's time for me to bring in some help. The hours are early and long so serious inquiries only. Must be very dependable and have your own ride. Bbq done right is never rushed, it takes time. I am looking forward to finding the right person for the job.

Hey bbq lovers, it's Thursday and yeppers, we're back at it today. Smoke's rollin on the pit and we have our burnt ends rockin and smokin! ...lol thought I was gonna say rollin huh????... Anyway, so we'll have our regular burnt ends for the special today. Soo come on out to our new location across from kalix on 27th St and grab some lunch. Well open at 11, see ya then!

Mornin' bbq lovers!!! We will be open today.
Normally we would have street tacos but today we won't. Yea yea I know....adding to the team so we're slowly getting her used to things. BUT, we will have an almost full menu, cept for the tater salad... Sliced brisket, pulled pork, sausage, Mac n cheese, beans, and peach cobbler.... So don't forget to stop by for lunch today....

The North and south entrances are open so you don't have to park outside the fence. Just be mindful of others and pull all the way in and don't block the entrance....be considerate!
