Saw a recipe for Marinated Avocado Slices - So instead of following the recipe - used our Korean BBQ Sauce. (Pretty much same ingredients)
Unfortunately my avocado was a little too soft to toss around with marinade, it made a slight mess, but was very tasty
So the second soft avocado was sliced and had Korean BBQ Sauce drizzled on top - really great tasting
Give it a try - and let me know your thoughts! 😋
