House-made lemonade + apple cider, topped with dried apple & cinnamon stick.

kinda chic to follow whatever trend you like 🥺 this one is special for us as this past weekend marks one month since we opened in Crooked Can Brewing Company minneola!

We’d be remiss to not acknowledge what a whirlwind it’s been getting here. Closing our winter garden location was a true heartbreak. But here we are, back at it, doing our thing with our favorite people.

A huge thank you to Crooked Can for giving Three Birds a place to land. A huge thank you to all of you who have followed us every step of the way - we wouldn’t be here without you.

🍳 We're open for breakfast!
Minneola, we've got breakfast covered! While the brewery opens at 11, we open bright and early at 9am every day with breakfast sandwiches, avocado toast, mini pancakes and coffee.

☕ Late-night coffee is here!
Starting this weekend, we're extending our coffee bar hours until 9pm, on Fridays and Saturdays! Whether you're craving a latte, refresher, fresh lemonade, or a pastry, you'll have plenty of NA options to enjoy while you're at the brewery.

Out with the old, in with the new - our new cups are officially here 🤭 inspired by our new tee designs, we realized our old branding no longer reflected who we are or where we’re headed. As we’ve grown, so has our brand and it felt like the right time for a fresh start.

Over the next little while, you’ll start seeing our new branding roll out across our cups, bags and merch. It’s the same Three Birds you know and love, just with a look that feels more like us. We hope you love it just as much as we loved creating it 🫶

Here’s to new beginnings, fresh chapters, and all the exciting things!!

when we launched the cart, we wanted something easy, grab-and-go, delicious… and of course super cute✨ so we created a few seasonal flavors that mighhttt just make their way onto our permanent menu at our express spot inside opening this summer 👀 so make sure you tell us your favs!

🥞 plain jane — topped with powdered sugar and syrup. Nothing plain about, just delicious.

🍓🍰 strawberries ‘n cream — topped with nilla and strawberry wafer, raspberry sauce and fresh strawberries.
